These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WiFi Passwords website and related services (the “Services”) provided by WiFi Passwords LLC. By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Service

WiFi Passwords is a community-driven platform that helps you find WiFi passwords, download offline maps, purchase travel eSIM data plans and participate in rewards programs. Password information is contributed by the community and provided on an “as is” basis.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Community contributions & acceptable use

• Only add passwords and information you have the right to share.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the Services.
• You grant WiFi Passwords a license to use contributions to operate and improve the map for the community.

eSIM data plans & payments

eSIM plans are delivered through our connectivity partners and are subject to coverage, validity periods and fair-use limits described at purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Except where required by law, eSIM purchases are non-refundable once activated.

$WIFI tokens & rewards

Rewards and $WIFI tokens are provided at our discretion and may have additional terms. They have no guaranteed monetary value and may change or end at any time.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, logos and trademarks, are owned by WiFi Passwords or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than to use the Services as permitted.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiFi Passwords is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the accuracy, availability or security of community-contributed WiFi networks.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account on our Delete account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to WiFi Passwords LLC. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
